not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
KL, | Merry Christmas Just wanted to drop a quick message about how happy I am about the quality of the product I received and also the incredible service. I had originally ordered a product I later realized wasn't what I wanted so I had phoned and the clear communication and prompt help allowed the proper changes be made. To top it off, I received the items ahead of schedule and put a huge smile on my face. Will be back to order more and obviously will recommend this site to everyone!
