I hope you are doing well! I received the latest replacement frame on Friday and was able to open it yesterday. It looks perfect! Thank you very much for your help, and your persistence in making sure it was finally received in good order. Have a wonderful week!

Not particularly happy with what I received. The matte was the exact size of the photograph who\'s dimensions I entered. Usually there\'s 1/8\" allowance so that the matte slightly overlaps the edges of the photo. In this case, there is none. Kind of sucks and looks bad.
